I founded The Dame MBA, a 90-day mentorship and business accelerator program for driven entrepreneurs that are ready for a proven pathway to success. I know how it feels to start a business without a lot of experience. Before my business success, I was just a college dropout with big dreams and a willingness to work hard but no idea how to run a profitable business. I had no business running a business but I couldn't stop thinking about it so I went ALL IN and opened the doors of my first salon in 2008.
Back then, I was a skilled beauty expert and salon owner, but I quickly learned a hard lesson: you can have all the technical skill, determination, and grit in the world… but unless you know how to strategically and confidently RUN A BUSINESS, your business will always run you, holding you back from the impact you could have (and the income you deserve).
