What looks like burnout is often just too many inputs and not enough clarity.

Simplifying your business starts by asking a few key questions:

• What are you still doing just because you always have?

• What tasks could be delegated if you trusted yourself to let go?

• Where are you leaking energy trying to hold everything together?

Remember: Subtraction creates space for clarity.

Use Human Design as a Filter, Not a Framework

Ask: Where am I over-extending my energy trying to prove my value?
Pull back. Say less. Wait for the recognition. Let your wisdom speak for itself.

Manifestors:

Ask: What ideas am I excited to initiate that I haven’t made space for?
Cut the noise. Initiate from a clean place. And don’t forget to rest.

Reflectors:

Ask: Who or what am I reflecting that isn’t mine?
Your clarity comes from environment and time. Make space for stillness before deciding.

This isn't just personality typing.
It's a powerful reorientation tool—one that gets you out of “shoulds” and back into self-trust.

Two Simplification Prompts That Change Everything

1. “If I were starting from scratch, would I keep this?”
   This applies to offers, systems, platforms, and even relationships. Sometimes your next level starts by releasing your old one.

2. “What would this look like if it were easy?”
   Not lazy. Easy. Aligned. Natural.
   That thing you’re gripping onto with white knuckles? It might work better with less effort and more flow.

This Isn’t About Doing Less for the Sake of It—It’s About Doing What Matters

Simplification isn’t small.
It’s actually one of the most courageous business decisions you can make.

Because the moment you remove what’s in the way, your next level has room to arrive.
